WOODEN WALLET:
Each of Poppy handmade wooden wallet is unique. Just like snowflakes or fingertips. You’ll ask us ‘why?’ We are making all of our items from one solid piece. Even though wooden wallets are made from the same batten but all of them are different. Once again you’ll ask us ‘why?’ Because wood has it’s very own rings, water system channels, different patterns & plowings. So you cannot find two similar ones. What else makes our items unique? The way they are made. Each one of them is made by hand. Final touches put by my wood-loving father (remember him from my story how I decided to start up this business? You can find the whole story here.) Yes, he still helps me a lot.
Let’s get down to business:
• Upon your request we can personalize an item by adding your monogram or slogan. Please, choose the section "Yes" for custom engraving and "No" for no engraving. You can add your message at the checkout with monogram or the engraving you wish to have, "note to seller" section.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
We are shipping internationally with Registered Air Mail. Every package is shipped with tracking ID.
If you plan to get your order by a certain date, do it in advance.
The term of delivery is approximate and it doesn't depend on us.

Care instructions
For tops, t-shirs & sweatshirts:
– We recommend washing temperature – 30C.
– No bleach product should be used including detergents with bleach.
– Tumble dry with low heat.
– Iron, steam or dry, with high heat.
– Do not dry clean.
For wooden combs:
Combs must be cleaned with special oil for wooden combs or natural oils, such as jojoba, coconut oil or olive oil. Apply oil or wax to some clean cloth. Gently wipe any dirt or debris from the comb, running the cloth through each tine. Use soft bristle brush to work off any stubborn residue the cloth could not remove. Be careful not to scrub too hard. Lay the clean comb on the towel to soak up the oil overnight.
When my package will arrive?
T-shirts & sweatshirts: it takes 3-5 business days to prepare your order.
Wooden products: it takes 1-3 business days to prepare & ship your order.
Custom & wholesale: it is a question to discuss, depending on the difficulty to produce the item.
For customers based in US/Canada shipping time vary from 1 week to 4 weeks.
Customers within Europe can expect their package to arrive between 1-2 weeks.
During holiday season it might take up to 6-8 weeks (which does not depend on us). If you plan to get your order by a certain date, do it in advance.
